I sold some items internationally and they are awaiting customs inspection as per tracking and tracing updates.Buyer refuses to Investigate why and has asked for a refund.Ebay has granted a full refund to buyer. Now I am out of pocket for the goods and freight and ebay still charged me the listing percentage.I cannot get my iitems back as freight has left and freight provider advised we did our job and noone will help me. Any ideas. Not even EBay will help me
