what is the deal with when, you list an item in selling and when you fill in the 'Buy it Now' section there is now a ' Item Price' and also a 'Buyer will Pay' price box and when I fill out the 'item price' box and list it for say '$70' the 'Buyer will Pay' price automatically fills in for '$74.90' and the 'Buyer will Pay' price is what shows up in the listing.
