·9 months agoI am wondering if your issue is a mis-match between your Ebay user name and your bank account name. I believe that both now have to exactly match or the payment fails. I have just asked this question in the forum. Awaiting an answer.

That's complete and utter nonsense.
It's impossible to open a bank account without sufficient identification. I can guarantee that no eBay member has a birth certificate, drivers license or passport showing their eBay username... ergo, not one single, solitary eBay member has a bank account which matches their eBay username.

·9 months agoI assume that you're signed up and verified for Managed Payments.
As eBay sees you as a "new seller" your funds will be on hold for up to 30 days.
