My buyer received their goods nearly two weeks ago. My money has still not come through.
Sold an item (196489786776) on 10/11/24. Goods received by buyer a few days later. Ebay sent me a message to say my funds will be released on 22/11/24. It is NOW 27/11/24. Where are my funds?? Impossible to talk to anyone. All I get is auto-chat options.

As asked, did you sign up to Managed Payments and be verified to sell before doing so?
The usual hold for new sellers is 30 days, so since you sold on the 10th, you were getting lucky if eBay told you only 12 days. Maybe they made a mistake there and it will be 30 days like most others
