Cancel the item using the buyer didn't pay option. That will allow you to relist, and also gives the buyer a strike on their account. Add the buyer to your blocked buyer list, and also set up buyer requirements, if you haven't already, to block buyers with 2 or more unpaid strikes in the last 12 months.

·2 years agoopen an unpaid item after the 4 days from sale date.
Do not attempt to converse further with the buyer, just open the case.
Do not as you have appeared to have done leave them positive feedback, why would you do this??
