My item is listed with paid postage, but when international buyer buys it the postage is free?
Hello,
I listed my item as having $30 AUD postage and I assumed this would remain the same regardless of where I shipped to. My item has now sold to a buyer located in the UK but the "payment info" section on the listing states the item's price correctly, but postage as free, which is not what I advertised. The total amount I'm owed seems to be the item only. I've sent a message to the buyer saying I could invoice them the correct amount but that if they bought it because they believed it had free postage, I am happy to cancel their order before they pay.
Not sure what to do to prevent this or how to revise my listing if I cancel the order?
