·3 years agoWhat I would suggest to do at this point is contact an eBay Customer Service agent in the online chat by going to this link:
https://www.ebay.com.au/help/selling
Scroll down to the bottom of this page and click the white 'Contact Us' box and a chat popup thing will come up. It'll try and hand you off to an automated help thing but keep insisting to chat with an agent and hopefully they can check into the sale and work out what's happened or advise what you need to do.
Your typing style reminds me of my father! He always wrote in capitals and used commas in place of full stops so his sentences just went on and on and on and were painfully difficult to read sometimes.

·3 years agoYou need to explain exactly what the issue is, as otherwise we're just guessing why you can't get your funds.

·3 years agoLooking at feedback from 6-12 months ago totals about that much, which would suggest everyone she sold to in that period left feedback! Read the "about" blurb. I reckon the account has been locked for a few months now as no feedback from buyers in last 6 months

·3 years agoI am going to point out yet again that typing in all caps makes text harder to read.
If you need to increase font size in your browser, ask.
Re your post, like padi, I deduce you haven’t verified your ID and your bank account, haven’t read up on Managed Payments, listed anyway, and haven’t realised that under the eBay changes that have been in place for several years you are considered a new seller and even once you’re verified, your funds will be withheld for at least 21 days.
If you don’t complete the verification processes, you won’t receive your funds at all.
Do you need guidance on how to be verified?
