No payment, No contact from buyer, no option to cancel sale after 12 days | Selling

Sold an item on 17 Aug, sent buyer an invoice. No contact, no payment yet the only options in the drop down menu for this order are:- Leave feedback- Print packing slip and more- Print coupon. it’s been 12 days since sale. how am I supposed to cancel this sale when there is no option?
