    No 'Request Payout' tab

    I am not on a Pro Plan...and under the Payments section of the Seller Hub, there is no 'request payout' tab....help! All Ebay help pages say this is how you request your payout. Before the changes, ebay just used to send once I'd shipped my item. Ive tried asking their chat bot and it can't comprehend the question. Argh!
