I have just sold an item, now the buyer put in an offer for 2 more items that I'm happy to accept, how do I offer the new combined postage amount?

send an invoice.....if the buyer must pay for offers at checkout, then just refund the excess

That's what happened. Working with refunds though means you end up paying the extra Ebay final fees, I'll definitely try to stick to invoicing next time. But Thank you

No you don't. When you refund, the associated FVF fees are also refunded... as in, you only fund 86.6% of the refund amount, with the refunded FVF covering the other 13.4%
