Orders eligible for combined purchases

Have I gone crazy (yeah hit me with it), or is there an issue with Orders eligible for combined purchases

Had 4 purchases come in for 4 items, same buyer, same address, etc.

But the orders eligible for combined purchases option isnt clickable, normally it works. Other times I have just been able to do the print packing slip option, and it lets me select all, but not today.

Any ideas.

You get 100% of your fees back if the buyer pays full freight and you refund the difference.

yeah realise that, just wondering if anyone knows why the function has stopped working. now have to do individual refunds of the postage, could previously do an order level refund.
