IF your funds have been on hold , now released and the payment is not showing in your account, there may be a problem with your bank account.
Have a look at the information in this link and if you need to contact ebay, click on "Contact Us" at the bottom of the page.
Follow the prompts until you get to the automated assistant and ask to speak to a supervisor.

However padi has given you the correct info and the link
As you agreed to when you listed, your funds will be on hold like every other seller who has not sold in some time
Hopefully the bank info used for this sale is also correct and up to date
