Payment on hold even though the item has been delivered
My payment is on hold, and Ebay said I would get it once it passes the authenticator Warehouse, but the tracking says it has already been delivered to the buyer. I've also messaged the buyer and said they came. He also wrote a review. What should I do?

If eBay did indeed tell you otherwise, they have given you incorrect information
