Ebay should have a tab that indicates that item was received. then to release funds that are on hold.
Items could have been picked up or dropped off.

·1 year agoTracking for posted items, and for drop off/pickup the buyer is supplied with a code that is used as proof.

The seller does not decide how long the holds on funds are, eBay do and the seller agrees to said holds when listing
There is more to it than only 'item was received' which is not for the seller or eBay to mark in any case

I have had occasions where buyer was only around the corner from me. So I dropped item off

·1 year agoNote the early release of funds is purely at ebays discretion, and is dependant on both proof of delivery and receipt of positive feedback. As far as I know the receipt of feedback does not count as proof of delivery
