Payoneer is fraud payment gateway

Payoneer is a "sister concern" of eBay that has been positioned as an essential payment gateway for robbing Indian sellers. To say that Pioneer is an independent company, then it is mandatory for Indian users.
There is no issue in my account yet this dishonest gateway is not making my payment. My payment was shown transferred to my account on 2nd October 2024. Again the reversal was done on 4th October and then on 7th October which is still pending but has not come in my bank account.
Is Pioneer a fraud company or is the whole game being played in connivance with the Reserve Bank of India?
What right does the payment gateway have to stop the money when my account is not an issue?
This is a thief company, before committing any more fraud, we all should share it on social media and also ask questions to RBI under RTI.
eBay needs to pay me otherwise I will take this matter to Indian Media.
