Payments are Managed Payments only
You don’t get to state no refunds
You are 100% responsible as the seller for any and all damage in transit
You do not get to wait until funds have ‘cleared’ before you post what has been paid for
I suggest you read up on selling basics before you come on the member to member forum and claim eBay is ripping you off
You don’t get to do your own thing and make up rules and be paid out instantly anyway

I agree with everything you say except this:
Given the amount of policies you are in breach of it is amazing you are still here
Sandy, they could have 0% feedback and be scamming people left, right and centre and still be on ebay. Probably marked as one of their most reputable sellers into the bargain. (Or am I too cynical).
I guess we should be grateful that at least their customers seem happy.

·3 days agoTrue, but what I mean is that eBay are usually more interested in going after the sneaky ones like this, who put their own terms in the bottom of the description and protect the very obvious, in your face massive scammers instead
Should be the same rules for everyone of course
But the more scammy they are, the more eBay protects them

I can recall many moons ago we had an ad pulled for using a wrong term.
Whoosh, away within hours.
So they can be speedy when they want to be.

Are you using mandatory eBay labels when required , so that tracking is uploaded automatically ?
If not, eBay will generally hold payments for 31 days.
When the funds become available, you should see the option to request a payout.
TBH, I'm surprised eBay hasn't removed your listings because the items I looked at show this:
"Payment can be made via paypal or money order/ bank cheque
Seller takes no responsibility for transit damage/ loss"
