Payouts after using eBay postage labels

Hi I'm still being classed as a new seller, but have sold 21 items and had all good feedback so far.

In order to get my funds released, I was told that if I used the eBay shipping labels that it would mean that my payments would automatically be released after my items were delivered. As a way around my current payment hold situation. I've had six items delivered using the eBay postage labels but STILL the payments are on hold! I contacted eBay and now they are saying it takes the system 24 hours to adjust and recognise the delivery. But the eBay app is already saying they are delivered?? Have I been duped? I've found I've been given the run around from many of the agents
