Pick up instead of posting
My buyer and I arranged pick up once we learnt we were in neighbouring suburbs. I reimbursed the postage cost she paid when she picked up. How can I change the order status to delivered to release the payment? Or can only the buyer do that? It is still showing as ‘posted’. There doesn’t seem to be any pre-existing answer in the help menu and the AI assistant doesn’t understand what I am asking. Thanks to anyone who might have the answer as I don’t sell things here much.

·8 months agoThe only way for a pickup item to be marked as picked up is with a code the buyer receives when selecting that option.
The buyer didn't select pickup, so no code exists.
As you are considered by eBay to be an intermittent seller, given your feedback history (1 sale in the last year), your funds will be on hold for up to 30 days
