Please clarify how to set Best Offer auto accept and decline amounts!

I have tried Safari, Chrome and Firefox.
I am NOT using the "quick" listing method.
There is NOWHERE ANYWHERE to set up my Best Offer auto response parameters!
Why are ebay such jerks?
Can anyone please help?

·2 years agoWhen trying to revise a Buy Now or Best Offer listing, I kept receiving an error message to set an "Auto-accept amount". But there was no way to do this.
In the end, I turned off the Best Offer (via the button), then re-clicked it back on and re entered my Best Offer amount and Voila! My revised listing was accepted.
