Please please can someone tell me the steps needed to get this item posted

I'm trying to help a relative newbie who is on the 'free selling' plan.
She has had a sale and I don't fully understand what the procedure is for posting. She didn't know that Ebay postage was compulsory.
All I know is the item is under 5kg but won't fit into an Ebay satchel so how does she go about getting an Ebay Label.
I have no idea how she completed the postage section when she listed the item. Also she doesn't have a printer so can she get it printed at the local P.O.?

On the app, open the order details and click on the big blue "Get postage label" button.
On the next page, click on "Label preferences".
From here, you have 2 options...
Printable label only
QR code and printable label
Once you've selected the second option, click on the big blue "Buy postage label" button at the bottom of the page.
On the classic site, in Seller Hub, mouse over the "Orders" heading. A dropdown menu will appear. Click on the "Awaiting postage" option and then click on the "Get postage label" button beside the item you wish to ship.
On the landing page, scroll down to "Postage label format" and click on "QR code".
Then scroll to the bottom and click on the big blue "Buy postage label" button.
