POSTAGE REFUND..... I sold 42 items and sent 2 invoices one with $6 postage and the other with 0 postage, the buyer paid but every item was paid individually and so i paid 16.5% for 42 lots of postage which amounted to $62.40. I tried refunding the extra postage but all i got from eBay was "Oops- that didnt go according to plan" so it never went through. I have tried several times over the last few hours but get the same message. I also tried the help button but trying to get a message through to a computer was plain ridicolous. Any advice would be welcome

Usually the higher fee only comes in for something like a high number of defects etc

16.5% seems to be above eBay standard charges. Just sayin'
