Postage rules and PayPal.

Question

hi* I want to sell some things from an estate, but the postage rules seem to have a grey area.

If I post things with tracking and insurance (Maybe) and the post office says that it was delivered,

but the buyer says different, or it has disappeared altogether.

Am I up for the cost of the item.

Some of the things are pricey.

If you have tracking showing delivered you should be okay.

I'm not sure why you have Paypal in the heading.

It's been years since sellers got paid through Paypal.

I strongly suggest you read up and sign up for Managed Payments.
