Recent problems with refunds

When buyers purchase 2 or more items from me, I combine & refund the excess postage paid.
Lately I've had 2 refunds that have stalled with the refund stuck on 'pending'. The first I was able to resolve by contacting eBay CS (the second I'm about to go through the same arduous process to resolve).
In both cases eBay had no problem taking the refunded money from my available funds, but seem to have a problem giving that money to the buyer.
Has anyone else had this problem recently?
In between these two instances I have send other refunds which went through with no problems.
It is frustrating to have to go to all this extra effort. As my items are all 'immediate payment required' buyers can't request a total including postage prior to purchase.

·1 week agoI did just post a reply, but of course because I am not a spammer nor a dodgy seller, my reply is 'pending approval' (where in both cases those posts are put up right away)
