Refund issued twice?
I made a sale, person asked to cancel order, so I kindly did. It's now been refunded twice. I have spend 2 hours trying to contact Ebay Support but am getting the worst experience trying to find a rep to rectify this quickly.
Where do I go to have this fixed?

·1 year agoGo to your Payment tab then enter in the order number. For all the transactions related to this order, what do you see in Net amounts?

A cancellation automatically results in a refund.
Go to Help and keep choosing options until you get one that will connect you to a human.
