Revising Letter Options from Tracked to untracked

I try to revise my listing from "Letter Tracked" to "Letter Untracked" but the only options that show up are Parcels.

If I relist with the same details I can select "Letter Untracked.

I have tried to select lower settings for Weight and Dimensions (Both Optional) and applying but it makes no difference

Type the dimensions as 22cm x 22cm x 2cm with a weight of 222grams. This works for me.

This worked as long as I didn't hit "Apply"

Try using 'flat rate postage' as calculated postage is exclusive to parcels.

You seem to have solved your issue. Congratulations.

Flat rate gives the option of many choices. Among them are tracked and untracked letters. The first 2 options.

I have had issues lately and tried having no dimensions and after a number of attempts it eventually does appear.
