Reviving my Seller account- They won't let me without an Australian driver's license or passport? | Selling

Hi All, I have a decent seller record on ebay but apparently, I can no longer sell without providing a driver's license or passport number. I have neither- but I do have a "Proof of Age" card and a "Working with Children" card which provide much the same information. Does anyone know if there is a way around this? Thanks in advance.
