    It sounds like you might be misunderstanding how returns work on eBay. Setting your listing to "no returns" only applies if a buyer simply changes their mind.

    However, if the buyer claims the item is not as described (e.g., it's faulty, broken, or doesn't match your listing), eBay's Money Back Guarantee overrides your "no returns" policy. In that case, you are responsible for the return and will have to provide a return postage label at your own cost.

    It's very important to understand this distinction to avoid problems. As others have noted, it would be a very good idea to review eBay's selling policies before listing more expensive items.

    It would also be " a very good idea" for you to understand the rules when posting on a public forum.

    Wrong

    If you did not describe the watch correctly, or you sent a defect watch, you pay for the return shipping

    Unless it is a change of mind on the buyer's part, you don't get to say no returns

    You also really, badly need to rea up on the selling basics

    There's so much going on with this seller's  account and listings, it's hard to know where to start.

    @seebsorkh

    Did you read up on anything  in regards to  selling  before you listed your items ?

    Along with other expensive items, you have a $4700 watch as available  to overseas buyers (including the US!)

    If an overseas  buyer files an item not as described dispute,  you'll lose your money and the item.

    You left positive negative feedback  for the first buyer of the watch, a non payer, which is against the rules.

    You have a BMX 1200 listed  for $8200 with $11  postage ?

    This needs to be pick up only so  read the information in this link re. QR codes

    https://www.ebay.com.au/help/selling/posting-items/setting-postage-options/local-pickup?id=4181&srsltid=AfmBOoro7AkgVgkEgEk_vjnxsLNwrLEBzA7IFMSGPWadRihpv_xrknWe

    A buyer's left you negative feedback claiming you posted to the wrong address but  you blamed eBay.

    Is this correct ?

    The buyer pays return postage for a "change of mind" return, if the item is faulty YOU have to pay for the return.
