Sales notifications stopped?

When an item sells, I normally get an email notification of the event. However, I've just noticed 2 sales that were made on the 29th and 30th of this month but no sales email was received. I haven't been selling much so I don't come here so often these days, but I do rely on the email notification to advise me of a sale. I only realised that the sales were there as I was changing up some listings and saw there were 2 awaiting postage.
Has anyone else had issues with the push notifications lately?

On January 8th 2025 I sold an item in my store.
WHY after 20+ years of selling have eBay stopped sending the seller email notification of a sale.
It was only by chance that I noticed on my Seller Hub page doing soothing else.
I WANT/NEED this notification to alert e to a sale and to package an item.

·1 year agoOurs were a bit hit and miss for a couple of days, even to the extent of a buyer purchasing 2 items and paying for them together, and only receiving an email notification for one of the items.
It's happened in the past, too, and is annoying but generally rectifies itself eventually.

·1 year agoPerhaps you might get the notifications on the 29th or 30th "of this month" after you've made your predicted sales... just saying 😃

·1 year agoI have had the same problem a few times in the past but it soon rectified itself (probably just an eBay glitch)

·1 year ago1 on 30/12. Everything since then is fine.
But I check my eBay every day, so it wasn't an issue.
