You sent a train set without tracking? What on earth were you thinking? Tracking is free for parcels, why would you not have it? This is a very expensive mistake for you. Chances are, the buyer has it, but you can't prove it, so they'll be getting a free train.
If it was the $230+ train you sold on the 4th of May and you didn't send it with tracking, there's absolutely zero you can do about it. Buyers will win a dispute for "Not Received" every single time as you cannot prove delivery. It looks like you charged about $13+ , so was there a reason you didn't send with tracking?
Without tracking, you will never know if the buyer is telling the truth or not. Bad buyers will use this against you to get a refund.
The title is confusing. Are you the seller or the buyer? If you are the seller and the buyer hasn't received the item, and there is no tracking, you have no choice but to refund, or you'll get a defect on your account if the buyer has opened a dispute and asks ebay to step in and help.

·3 years agoIf sent as a parcel there should be a tracking no. on your receipt - check it.

If you are the seller and you did not get tracking for the item, it is your word against the buyer
You have no way of knowing if the buying really did not get it , or if they did and they are fibbing
Without tracking, eBay will side with the buyer no matter what, every time

If you don't have a tracking number then the buyer will win an "item not received" dispute every time.
