Selling
hello, I marked the product as payment received by mistake, but the buyer did not pay. It was wrong since I haven't used it for the first time yet. but ebay says it will cut money from me. I changed it right away. what should I do. The receiver does not answer. didn't pay either

You've sold a fairly expensive item and the fact the bidder has not paid and is not answering messages is bad news, to be honest. There's an outside chance they may get on today and pay and if so, all good.
But usually someone keen would have popped on last night to at least see how they went.
Doesn't matter what you marked or didn't mark, ebay will take fees from this sale as a matter of course.
If the buyer doesn't pay within 4 days, it is up to you to open an ebay claim for non payment so you can get the fees back.
Sandy is right-read up on the selling info as it will help you navigate through this.

What you should do is read up on selling
If the buyer does not end up paying (hardly anyone pays on the spot) you report them for not paying
eBay consider something sold as soon as it 'sells' regardless of if the seller marks it as pays, or if the buyer pays at all and charges fees accordingly
Did you fully complete sign up and be verified for Managed Payments before listing ?

·3 years agoOP - you can do this (cancel the sale for non-payment) after 4 days. Remember to cancel (you have 30 days), so you don't lose selling fees if the buyer does not pay. You can wait a bit longer than 4 days if you wish (it is up to you), but don't forget to cancel if the buyer does not pay.
