Selling limits without a store
I'm about to start selling again after having a couple of years off under the same name without a store. I have a lot of items and want to use only the free listing's of 40 per month then if I'm selling enough I will open a store. My question is if I list my 40 free items at the end of the month can I then list another 40 items a day or so after for another 40 free listings as it will then be a new month?

It's not been a 40 item limit in years
Although, depending on how much $$$$ you want for the 3 items in question, you may have those limits

Have you fully completed sign up to Managed Payments and been verified to sell?
Read about the 30 day hold on funds for new sellers?
Depending exactly how long ago 'a couple of years' was, there have been numerous changes
