Sent untracked, delivered but doesn’t say it is. Buyer confirmed they received it | Selling

I sold a card and they chose Parcel Post. I sent it untracked, with their permission. They have told me they received it but on the order it says payment on hold waiting for delivery confirmation. How do I confirm delivery to have funds released?
