Someone bid and won 10 different items from me, now they want to cancel…

I put a bunch of different items (various funko pops) up for auction, and I had someone win the auction for 10 of them, including outbidding others on 7 or 8 of them. Now he has decided he doesn’t want to buy them and has requested to cancel them.
Am I obligated to accept his cancellation requests or can I force him to continue with the purchase?
Hes honestly really annoyed me with this, as he originally wanted to cancel after winning 4 items, then changed his mind and decided he wanted them, then proceeded to bid and win on another 6, and now has decided he doesn’t want them again

"including outbidding others on 7 or 8 of them" so you have underbidders on most of them, then you can send Second Chance Offers.
Go to the original listing, click on Bids and you will see Send Second Chance Offer next to the underbidder (or underbidders) . Click on that link (or links) and eBay will generate an offer to that underbidder, offering them the item at the last price they bid. You have the option to give them between 1 and 7 days to take up the offer. (Initially I would choose only the top underbidder and maybe give them 3? days to respond to the offer - not everbody checks eBay every day.)
There is also the opportunity to include a message - I would use this to explain the the original buyer does not want to proceed with the sale - "you get this chance before I list it again.". If the same underbidders occur on several items, explain also that you are happy to combine postage (if you are.) Good luck.

·9 months agoIf you 'enforce' the sale, he has the following options -
1. Ignore you, thinking you won't know how eBay works. After 4 days you can open a non-payer dispute and get your fees refunded.
2. Pay, then open an item not as described dispute, which he will win. You will then need to provide return postage if you want the items back, refund in full and lose your fees.
Just cancel, block him and relist.
If you know what they are worth, maybe consider Buy It Now instead of auctions.
