Due to a supposed bug in the box I sent (I didn’t see them and buyer did not provide proof) he issued a return. I haven’t received the item back yet but my funds are on hold. I sold something else in the meantime but that buyer changed his mind and wants to cancel/refund. I can’t send his money back because all of my funds are on hold! The only option I get is to do it from my own bank account but I’m not willing to do that, I’ve been scammed in the past and if I refund from my own account, it seems like he’ll get the money twice? I’m waiting until one I resolved before doing anything else. Can anyone help with some suggestions/advice

·1 year agoNot sure what the issue is, both sets of funds will be released at the appropriate time,

·1 year ago1) If the buyer started a return through eBay & provided tracking, when you receive item back, they will be refunded
2) Cancel the 'change of mind' & you will be refunded (incl fees)
Your funds are on hold for this very reason
