Two days ago the package details section changed to multiple choise - no custom size option | Selling

Normally I specify calculated postage in my listings, but this week it changed to multiple choice. All I can do now is choose from 9 preset sizes and weights - see screenshot. Is this affecting everyone, or have I done something wrong? This is the browser interface. Apologies if this has been discussed already. Can't see anything here about it.
