Unable to choose untracked or tracked Auspost envelope as shipping options on new listings.
I noticed yesterday that I can no longer select untracked or tracked envelopes as shipping options when creating new listings. I'm aware of some changes to shipping eBay was implementing, but it shouldn't have removed those options from the list of others should it?

·3 months agoAnother method is to save to drafts along with another item and resume draft using bulk edit , you can then choose to update postage to untracked letter post

·3 months agoSome categories don't allow you to use untracked letter and possibly tracked as well. I had listings that had been changed from untracked and can't change back. I will need to change the category I believe to add untracked again.

·3 months agoYou need to do a 'Sell similar' to a listing that already uses "domestic letter with tracking. I just experimented with one of my and it worked ok. (see photo)
However, having said that, there are so many problems with ebay atm and they're not consistent across users. And unfortunately I doubt that it's going to improve over the next few weeks while the new 'Enhanced experiences' are being implemented. 😞

·3 months agoYou need to 'sell similar' one that already has the required posting method.
Has worked for me on my non-store account for months, and my store one for the last couple of days, since they deleted the options.

·3 months agoGo to one of your current or sold items with the exact postage you want, sell similar, and tweak from there.
Please don’t tell me this option has disappeared, as this is how I have sold for more than 15 years…..off to have a go ….will report back

·3 months agoI was selling repair manuals for electronics. I have not checked other categories to see if there are other options. Have considered just removing them all together.
