Unable to revise variations in listings

Hello All.
Anyone else having issues with this? Variations in listings cant be revised. I can edit the listing, make all the changes I want to variations, but when I save them and list the revised item I get an error message saying "Oops, this is embarrassing! The listing tool isnt available right now"
Sometimes when I save the changes the changes get scrambled. I have the red messages saying certain things need to be filled in, and when I go back into the variations prices have been shuffled around, fields are deleted.
I have spoken to the absolutely useless live chat team 3 times now and each time they say I will hear back within 72 hours, and then I dont hear back. A person from eBays phone help replicated the issue from her end and lodged a case, but again havent heard back
Extremely frustrating. I have taken 3 weeks off work to revise and optimise all my listings as I dont get time otherwise, and havent managed to save the changes on a single listing.

OP2 weeks agoStill the same issue exists.
I revised a listing with 200+ variations. Added a few new variations, deleted some old ones, changed pricing on about 50 of them, updated quantities.
Click submit
I get the below faults
When I go back in to check, fields like SKU, quantity are blank on new variations, deleted variations are back with some empty, some populated fields, prices are all jumbled up. I have 7 variations all priced the same as they are all the same item just colour variation and these now have 3 different prices ranging as much as $70 out. I never touched these during my revisions. If the other fields didnt fault and trigger the above errors, my listing goes up with prices as much as $70 out.
Ebay help today actually tried to tell me I cant change variations on an active listing? What is with that? How ridicuous

OP3 weeks ago9 times I have chatted or spoken to eBay help staff about this. Recently one was actually knowledgeable but I wont say helpful until this is fixed
Apparently this has been an issue since Dec 2025 on eBay world wide, but it affects accounts randomly. I dont know when mine was affected as I dont revise weekly, sometimes not even monthly.
There IS NO GLOBAL FIX. eBay cannot solve the issue for everyone at once, the fix is implemented one account at a time. So if this affects you, you are at the back of the queue until they work through the accounts until they reach yours.

·1 month agoEbay maintenance in the USA is often the culprit. Avoid attempting changes from 5pm Friday to 5pm Saturday

OP2 weeks agoI hadnt. I use eBay from a desktop so didnt know that option exists, seems to be only from phones. Thanks for the heads up
Filled it in with the full 1000 characters. Submission page says they are not able to respond directly to my issue.
