It is not clear from your post if the buyer didn't pay or if you are still waiting to be paid by eBay because your funds are on hold (which might be the case if you are a new or irregular seller).
Yes, I would think so too, and usually when a buyer does not pay, sellers mention the buyer, not just "unpaid", but it looks like the OP sold 3 items but only mentions unpaid for one, so who knows. Hopefully the OP will come back to clarify.

Did you complete sign up to Managed Payments before you listed?
If you did, you will still under the 30 hold on funds as a 'new seller' as you agreed to when listing.
BUT if you have not fully completed sign up to Managed Payments, you won't be paid at all until you do.
Have you sent the item? (which you needed to have done within your handling time once the buyer paid)

How long ago did the item sell?
Did you fully complete sign up for Managed Payments before listing the item?
Have you actually not been paid at all, or are your funds still on the 30 day hold as you are still considered a new seller by eBay?
