My listings are not visible even though active, I had lodged a case, spoke to the ebay customer service rep on 8th Oct, again called them on 12th, again followed up with a call on 15th. Still no reply or update. Each time i had to explain the situation even though my case was lodged. The reply I kept getting -the matter has been forwarded to the IT team. Today, i was transferred on the chat 4 times, each time the customer service rep told me that we are now transferring you to a specialist. The 5th person tells me after looking into the matter for 30 mins that there is nothing called specialist team. And they asked me all sorts of questions again and at the end hung up when I asked them to give me a link or email to lodge my complaint. Such a unprofessional attitude and customer service. I was told that within 3 business day I will get an update / outcome. No emails/ no updates. Infact, the person actually cancelled the chat. It is now 18th and still no clue of why my listings are not visible. All, I have been asking was an update. Very uphauling behaviour.

·1 year agoI am seeing 4 listings then hit the refresh button and I see 10, hit refresh again and it is back to 4. I then closed the page and clicked on 'view listings' again and 24 listings showed. I can't figure out what is going on but certainly cause for concern for sellers.
exordiumservices
OP1 year agoCertainly!

·1 year agoI'm sure everyone sympathises with you.
My 1st click on your "view listings" shows 4 Go Back
2nd click shows 24 Go Back
3rd click shows 4 Go Back
4th click shows 10

·1 year agoSeeing ten this morning here
But seriously, if we (who use eBay and know what we are doing) see all different things, what hope do base level cs staff and their scripts have of knowing what is going on?)
exordiumservices
OP1 year agoCorrect! It is really weird. If I filter as only Australia, then it shows up with more listings, on refreshing it goes back to 4 then with another filter it shows 10. There is no contact that I can raise this issue with eBay other than going through customer service.

·1 year agoI still had 10 this morning, but 24 now.
springyzone
·1 year agoI see 24 listings.
It does sound like frustrating customer service but maybe someone along the way got on to it or else the problem was a glitch and it has rectified itself.
domino-710

·1 year agoYou are told what their scripts tell them to 'say'
Have you spoken to a supervisor?
Did you have a question for other members? (as in, have you told eBay the above?)
As asked, how many listings should you have showing?
exordiumservices
OP1 year agoI requested to talk to a supervisor, they told me everyone is same at eBay no one is like a supervisor.
I spoke to 5 people in the same chat and 4 of them told me that i am getting transferred to a specialist and the 5th one told me there is no one called a specialist and then hung up.
sandypebbles
·1 year agoThey told you nonsense
There most certainly are supervisors
Other members would not suggest you ask otherwise
repentatleisure1952
