    Using Ebay listings to discredit a rival seller. Ebay AI says this is not in breach of their policy.
                     

    A rival seller repeatedly includes false criticisms of my products in his listings.

    I reported to Ebay and they say this is not against their policies.

    I am gobsmacked.
