What happened to the "bold" and "highlight" options when creating listings? And "handling fee" ? | Selling

I was a seller mainly back in the 2000s. I remember there used to be various options to promote your listing, such as making it bold, highlighted, etc. Why did these options disappear?? I also remember you could specify a handling fee in addition to the postage fee. This was useful to cover the cost of things like the packing material/boxes used to mail items out (one box I bought from Aus Post cost me $9). With calculated postage, how am I meant to cover that cost?
