If you go to the Selling Tools - Seller Hub Reports - Uploads
Get the template you require from the various selections
Fill in the data from your excel file (CSV)
and upload.
This works well if you have a database of information of your items or all are similar with only small variations of a few parameters.
While it works for listing 1 or 2 items its not worth the effort but very efficient if listing a lot (50+) and you can retrieve you info from a database.
You're only talking 300 books, after all. The time you spend trying to upload from Excel and Power Point, if they are supported, would probably exceed the time to list from scratch.
I find it takes about a minute to create a listing, so...
