    You cannot.

To sell on eBay Australia, you’re required to be registered for Managed Payments. eBay receive the payments, and - subject to the seller having fulfilled the requirements - will disburse the funds to the seller’s verified Australian bank account.

Seller must have their bank account verified and their ID (including submitting photo ID) verified.

You have been told you can’t

The only option is to sign up for Managed Payments

You are in Pakistan, so better off posting on the member forum for your ebay

You cannot be in Pakistan and sell on eBay Australia without Managed Payments which you cannot do without an Aussie bank account

There is no way to avoid or get around it

You need an Australian bank account

You need to use the Australian eBay account

You need to sign up for Managed Payments, there are zero options

Do you have what you are selling in you passion here in Australia?

Are you planning to use a third party for selling, or are you planning on drop shipping?

Bank account, or I think you can still use a trust account operated by a solicitor and authorized to receive funds on your behalf.

And as all the above answers

    None

    Not possible

    No other options

Why are you not wanting to use your bank account?

If you want to sell, that's it

    No other method

the answer for Payoneer is clearly NO, and I suspect you have already tried for Wise as well.

Not sure why you ask this again as your Opening Post clearly states "I'm unable to attach payoneer for payouts to my eBay Australia seller Account"

eBay is following the laws of Australia that are intended to prevent illegal activity related to financial transactions, just as Australians would be required to abide by Pakistan's laws if operating out of Pakistan.

If you have opened an eBay account on eBay.com.au, but are still located in Pakistan, you may well find it impossible to open an Australian based bank account.  I am assuming you are not representing a large company with an established trading presence in Australia as you would not be asking ordinary members if that was the case.

I suggest you find someone in Pakistan who has set up an Australian ebay seller account and ask them how they manage their payouts.

The fact you have accepted  Cash on pickup as a solution, just shows that you have no idea what you are doing.  You can offer  cash on pickup, but you can not compel a buyer to use cash as a payment method and forego ebays buyer protections.

If a buyer opts to pay ebay via any other method, unless you have supplied and verified a bank account for managed payments, then you are never going to be paid.

You will also need to have a verified payment method, authorized for  ebay to deduct payments from you.

It would also seem that for some reason you are trying to get around the use of managed payments, doing so is likely to bring you and your friend to the attention of Government agencies that you would do best to avoid.
