Why are my listings not shown on Ebay when they say they're active?
Summary: tkantiquestore expresses concern about their listings not appearing on eBay despite being marked as active. sandypebbles, domino-710, realaussie, and amtrac1953 participate in the discussion, though the specific messages are not provided. The conversation seems to revolve around identifying and possibly resolving the issue with eBay listings.
Hello. I recently started listing my collection on Ebay, maybe releasing 1-2 items over the past few days.
I told my husband to check on them, but he says they're not listed on my profile.
So I went on my listings to take a look, and even though I put in proper pictures, descriptions and delivery options they have 0 views when usually they'd have at least a handful by now.
I have no messages or emails from Ebay so if there's something wrong with my listings, I would expect them to tell me at least.
Has anyone else experienced something similar, and know how to solve this? Thank you in advance any information is appreciated!

·9 months agoHello,
yes I am having the same problems and cannot work out why either. When I list the item number in the search it does not come up.

Could someone please get off your backside and investigate this issue of where my listing to sell a new Sonos Arc soundbar has disappeared to
This is NOT the first time this sort of thing has happened and I am totally peed off with eBay and its handling of such complaints
For goodness sake please let me know why my listing has disappeared and is not listed

I had a look at your listing - but I didn't get off my backside. It is clearly visible, although your images leave a lot to be desired. In fact, I'd go so far as to say they're extremely poor.
All new listings take time to show up in a search - and despite whatever you may think, your listings are no exception.

·1 year agoI am also confused, both the listings you have listed as 'brand new, never opened in original packaging'
So what are the photos of the items actually of?
If it is not the first time it has happened, maybe that is why
They are not brand new and never opened if you have photos of the things shown on your listing

·1 year ago$10.95 - to post an item over 2 grand.
What about value - gets lost - you may be able to claim $100.
Where's the insurance - signature - etc etc etc.
And just to add - to list such expensive items - as a beginner is asking for a world of pain.

·1 year agoI can see four items you have listed, how many should you have?
Also
Have you fully completed sign up to Managed Payments, and been verified to sell?
You also need to be aware that a brand new, inexperienced seller selling very expensive items will always be a magnet from scammer buyers, so you need to make sure you have read up on selling basics and policies
I really hope it does not happen, but members here have seen this type of thing happen over and over when a new seller lists $$$$ items so please be careful
