Why can't I find the leave feedback drop down for item I have sold. Buyer has left feedback 4 me

I have been on ebay ages ago but I've been fumbling around for ages trying to do something as simple as leaving feedback for a purchaser (my first sale). It used to be that there was a drop down box and option to leave feedback under My Ebay next to the item. I can't find it! Am I looking in the wrong place? It was only recently. They have left feedback for me and I don't want to not leave feedback for them. sorry. I feel so ridiculous posting this question but I am doing something wrong! Thanks in advance
Also a buyer has purchased an item which was pick up only and I noticed their location is in Queensland. What is the best way to approach this? I was just going to contact them. It looks like they have already paid. Not sure what to do.

·1 year agomessage the buyer of the desk and ask them if they realised it was pick-up......if they didn't, you can cancel sale with "buyer asked to cancel"
for f/b: click on sold item, and it should be there
