Why do i have 10% off with code APAY10 on some of my listings when i did not create the sale? | Selling

I just check my listings and see that there is 10% off with code APAY10 on some of my listings and i did not do this myself. I am losing out on the 10% from the sale which i did not create and Ebay also take their percentage. This is so wrong!!!
