Why has the Australia Post Domestic Regular Letter Untracked option suddenly disappeared

Question

I regularly list new items to sell on Ebay and in the last 24 hours the option - Australia Post Domestic Regular Letter Untracked - is no longer available. I can't list anything without tracking on postage.

Can you do a “sell similar” on an item that already has untracked letter, and tweak from there?

No issues here. I've just listed 20 odd DVDs with Australia Post Domestic Regular Letter Untracked.

Delete all measurements and select flat rate and it should be there.

Probably not the answer, but I have noticed you have to be careful when you put the measurements in - if you don't put 2 cm or less, the system gets bossy and won't let you choose letter postage.

More than a day - it's been a week. As I don't use business policies, I sell similar. As I do with tracked letters, which have also disappeared. I have enough in the system for that to work.

You use business policies right? I have checked my other account that has no eBay store sub, business policies are used and postage "Australia Post Domestic Regular Letter Untracked" is still available as postage option.
