Why is my payment On Hold when the item is confirmed by Aust Post tracking as delivered??
Hello, I have a payment due for a recent sale and it is 'on hold'. Tracking via Australia Post confirms that the item was delivered to the buyer's address last Thursday 13/06/24 yet my funds are on hold. May I know why? Kate

·2 years agoIf the tracking is showing delivered and is uploaded to ebay, that does not mean your funds will be released early. You also need to recieve +FB for the transaction, and then you can contact ebay and request funds be released early, however this is solely at the discretion of ebay.

·2 years agoIf it is on the account you are posting with, it is because you are a new seller, and like every new seller your funds are on hold for 30 days
As you agreed to when listing
And assuming you fully completed the sign up process to Managed Payments and were verified to sell
