i had contact with a buyer of similar name, the item went missing, Sendle looked and contacted me.
How did they not receive it and it didn’t match description ?

What numbers?
You need to sort it out or eBay will ding your account for failing to resolve and force you to refund
You not knowing what you need to do as a seller is not a technical issue
