    DIFFICULTY IN OBTAINING REFUND

    I PURCHASED A SMALL PHONE CHARGER  ON EBAY IT IS FAULTY AND THEY WONT REFUND ME BECAUSE I DO NOT HAVE ORIGINAL PACKAGING THEY WERE QUICK TO TAKE MY MONEY NOW THEY JUST IGNORE ME DONOT PURCHASE FROM THIS SELLER THEY HAVE FAULTY GOODS

    Did you actually open and follow through with an item not as described dispute?

     

    How long ago did you buy it?, you don't have any recent enough feedback left to open a dispute now

     

    No point naming them here when it is against forum rules

     

    You did have the option to the leave the seller a neg, but looks like you waited too long for that too

     

    What was the seller's feedback like?

     

    Are they registered in China with a lot of negs already?

     

     

    Buyers have all the tools they need to get their money back
